SayLa Account & Data Deletion

Delete in the app (takes effect immediately)

1. Open SayLa and go to Settings.
2. Tap "Delete Account and All Data" and confirm.

If you can't open the app

Email support@say-la.com with the subject "Delete Account." If you have a subscription, include your Google Play or App Store order number so we can find your anonymous account. We will complete deletion within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Learning records, practice text and AI feedback, mistakes and saved expressions, streaks, hearts and coins, league ranking, subscription linkage, and the account itself.

What doesn't get deleted

Your payment records held by Google Play or the App Store stay with Google / Apple and are outside our systems.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription

Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
